WHB German modular free standing system

6 bays of incredibly stylish and rare (to the UK market) modular storage from WHB. This set was imported in the 1960s from Germany and has been in the same owner’s house since then.  

Walnut veneered cabinets and shelves sit within a strong black coated steel set of uprights. The units fit snugly and rest on steel supports that fit within a scribed section to the underside of each timber part. 

We have set this up into a 3 bay run, with a double bay set at 90 degrees. You could have 6 bays if set up in one linear run.

The WHB system does not need to rest against a wall so works brilliantly as a room divider, but looks equally stunning with a wall behind.

A single bay is 73cm wide, a double 145cm and a triple 217cm. Each shelf/cabinet is 71cm wide. The uprights are 189cm tall, and the deepest part of the ladders is 40cm.
